Bombay Borough launches Weekend Brunch
Diners can relish a wide selection of flavourful dishes and Desi Cocktails with a modern twist.
Bombay Borough, the all-day Indian bar and eatery in DIFC, will soon introduce its ‘Weekend Market Brunch’ destined to take diners on a spirited adventure through progressive pan-Indian cuisine with a cheerful atmosphere. The inaugural brunches will take place on 19th and 20th March 2022 and will be held every Saturday and Sunday from 12 – 4 pm.
The eatery’s Weekend Market Brunch celebrates India’s popular buzzing food markets while serving a mix of all dishes from its newly launched menu, including Indian interpretations of typical brunch offerings such as the Avocado & Egg Kulcha Flat Bread. Bombay Borough elevates the experience by utilizing hyper-local ingredients and sporting elegant presentations to serve eclectic flavours from all over India.
Guests will be treated to a welcome drink and can share a plethora of small plates featuring a texture-rich Edamame & Chestnut Puffed Puri and the eatery’s signature Naga Ghost Pepper Wings, amongst other options. Brunch and Big Plates consist of a wide range of hearty dishes such as the creamy Anglo-Indian Mac n’ Cheese, a succulent Chicken Tikka Butter Masala with Chur Chur Paratha and tangy Mango Mustard Broccoli with Roomali Roti. Desserts include innovative renditions of Indian elements to evoke nostalgia for traditional flavours such as Filter Coffee Waffles and Dates & Walnut Pancakes. Vegan options are also included.
Beverages on offer include a selection of inventive desi cocktails, Angrezi Gin & Tonics and more. Diners can make merry with cocktails that pay homage to classic Indian drinks such as an aromatic Magic Rasam, a pulpy Boozy Aam Lassi and a coconut-infused Bombay’s Sol. Similarly, the brunch also offers several ‘Shooters’ that highlight exquisite flavours from the subcontinent, including a Vodka Jaljeera Golgappa, Rose Rum Ice-cream and more.
The Weekend Market Brunch includes House beverages (AED 325), Sparkling (AED 395) and Teetotaler packages (AED 275) with prices per person. Kids between 6-12 years eat at half price and kids under 6 eat for free.
As one of the most recently launched brunches in Dubai, Bombay Borough’s brunch menu has something for everyone with curated dishes highlighting the best of what India has to offer.
