The welcoming space, warmed by the glowing embers of the woodfire, invites diners to honour the holy month of Ramadan during April with a delicious set menu for Iftar that is served for two guests.

Beginning on the first day of Ramadan, gather after 7pm in the evenings for a meal that starts with Emirati Kholas dates, a refreshing green salad with a pomegranate molasses dressing and a welcome drink of cold tamarind juice with agave, to break the fast. Moving onto the main meal enjoy a Slow Fire Roasted Lamb Rump, served with rice cooked in a rich lamb broth and perfectly balanced with a fresh pineapple pachri. Guests can then enjoy an indulgent Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake, served with Kholas Dates and milk ice cream for the perfect end to a delicious meal. Guests are welcome to enjoy the set menu or to enjoy the regular selection of favourites from the a la carte menu.
