Recipe: Dose 40g caramel into a cup. Pull a shot of espresso over the caramel. Mix caramel and espresso. Pour mixture into Shaker, add milk & ice. Shake it well and then pour the mix over ice to enjoy!

• Affogato: The affogato traditionally combines espresso with gelato to create a sweet & creamy dessert that’s easy to make. Add a scoop or two of rich chocolate ice cream for the ultimate “affogato”, (Italian for ‘drowned’) experience.

Recipe: Scoop 1-2 scoops of your preferred ice cream or gelato into a small rocks-sized glass (about 4 oz.). Pull a shot of espresso directly over the ice cream. Serve before the ice cream melts and enjoy!
