A fusion of Japanese-Inspired cocktails and delectable bites starting October 25^th

To mark the occasion, Kai Enzo unveils its newest culinary offering by Chef Izu, the ‘Land of Izumo’—a special menu featuring sunset cocktails and delectable bites celebrating Japanese and Mediterranean flavours. 

Located at the Hyatt Centric Jumeriah at La Mer, Kai Enzo consistently delights diners with its culinary excellence. The opening of the new terrace, featuring minimalist and elegant furniture and offering breath-taking views of the Dubai skyline and sunsets, introduces a delightful outdoor dining ambiance as Dubai’s weather starts to cool. 

The newly launched and exclusive ‘Land of Izumo’ menu features meticulously crafted Japanese-inspired cocktails such as Amai, Shima Dream, Yuyake, Wabi, and Amber Fizz—each reflecting a distinct facet of Japanese culture and flavour. Complementing these drinks are a delightful array of bites, including Kai Enzo’s homemade pickles, potato crisps with tuna and olive oil mousse, kare pan (Japanese curry buns), eggplant dengaku dip with sourdough rice crackers, and Stracciatella cheese with charred grapes and sesame Shiso dressing.
