This year, the holiday spirit is about to shine brighter than ever at Atlantis The Royal thanks to the Peruvian restaurant LA MAR by celebrity chef Gastón Acurio. Located at the region’s lead ing culinary and entertainment destination, guests are set to unwrap a treasure trove of festive offerings which are sure to delight and not to miss. Celebrate the festive season within the modern and vibrant restaurant La Mar, by acclaimed Peruvian cuisine chef Gastón Acurio. On Christmas Eve, guests can enjoy a selection of festive specials. On Christmas Day, friends and families can rejoice at the La Mar Christmas Brunch. To start, guests will enjoy cold and hot appetisers, including Chonhitas Bachiche with Hokkaido scallops and olive oil sauce, as well as Empanadas de Langostinos with Tiger prawns and Aji Amarillo mint and rocoto sauce, followed by the main course sharing platter. Guests can choose from a variety of platters including farm grilled chicken, grilled lamb rack, or fish, along with Papitas La Mar, Arroz Con Choclo, Yuca Frita and Quinua Salad. To finish the festivities on a sweet note, guests can indulge in a Chocolate Sorpresa and Petit Four.
