Dust off your drindl and lace up your lederhosen because the biggest Bavarian bash in town is back! For the third year in a row, Ernst at 25hours Hotel One Central is transforming into a little piece of Germany right here in Dubai to celebrate the famous Oktoberfest. From the 19th of September to the 27th of October, every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, guests are invited to raise their steins, indulge in mouth-watering German delicacies, and dance the night away to the sounds of live entertainment straight from Germany!
Ernst is bringing the heart and soul of Oktoberfest to Dubai with a celebration that’s more authentic, vibrant, and delicious than ever. Specially brewed Oktoberfestbier will transport guests straight to the beer halls of Munich, while a hearty menu of traditional German bites will have everyone saying “mehr, bitte!” (more, please!). From pretzels and bratwurst to schnitzel and the succulent schweinshaxe (pork knuckle), Ernst’s à la carte menu and drinks packages offer something for everyone.
With multiple options available, guests can take their pick from the brunch every Saturday from AED 250, roast every Sunday at AED 110, or sharing platters and a la carte options available throughout the festival. For those coming with a crew, the Sharing Pan for four guests, paired with a 3L Beer Tower, is a must-try at AED 599. With two options – halal and non-halal – of sharing pans, there’s something for everyone! The non-halal sharing pan includes a hearty mix of pork dishes such as pork knuckle, pork belly, pork ribs, smoked pork loin, pork bratwurst, pork Nuremburg sausages, mashed potato, sauerkraut, French fries, gravy, curry sauce and mustards. The halal option is packed with delicious bits including baby chicken, veal schnitzel, Bratwurst, Nuremberg sausages, lamb roast, mixed vegetables, mashed potato, sauerkraut, French fries, potato-cucumber salad, gravy, curry sauce and mustards, making it the perfect way to dive into the festivities.
With highlights like the Beer Tower or Paulaner Shoe (3L) for AED 275 and The Viking Keg (30L) for AED 2,500. Whether you’re raising a pint to toast or sharing a massive keg with friends, Ernst has all the options to keep the drinks flowing and the good times rolling.
The brunch options are just as tempting with soft packages starting AED 250, house packages at AED 350, and bubbly packages at AED 425. Guests can also enjoy the brunch buffet with selection of cold delicacies, traditional Bavarian dishes from Hendl to roasted pork and pork knuckles, live cooking stations and a dessert selection with a fiery Kaiserschmarrn show with Rum.
This year’s Oktoberfest at Ernst features an incredible line-up of live bands flown directly from Germany, ensuring the authentic Bavarian spirit is felt throughout the festival. Guests can look forward to performances from Doe Mar Wa, a band known for their infectious energy and traditional German tunes; Smooth Connection, bringing a modern twist to classic Bavarian sounds; Göt Net, a group that will have everyone on their feet with their lively rhythms; Tim3less, performing twice during Oktoberfest, this band is a crowd favourite, known for blending tradition with contemporary vibes; and lastly, Die Vlierländer Musikanten, an ensemble that delivers the quintessential Oktoberfest experience with their spirited performances.
With freshly poured draft beers and the sound of lively oompah music, step into the bustling atmosphere, a space brimming with the warmth of camaraderie and the vibrant spirit of Oktoberfest, where every clink of a glass and every shared laugh adds to the rich tapestry of memories.
And as if the food, beer, and entertainment weren’t enough, Ernst is bringing back its popular Oktoberfest raffle! Starting from August 25th, during your next visit to Ernst, simply ask for a raffle card and start collecting stamps. Guests will earn one stamp for each half pint of their favourite draft and two stamps for a full pint. Once 10 stamps have been collected, guests will be in the running for a fantastic prize—a round trip to the home of Oktoberfest, Munich, Germany, inclusive of flights, accommodation, and entry to the coveted Paulaner tent! It’s an easy and fun way to celebrate Oktoberfest and perhaps even plan your next big adventure.
