Located within the newest property of JA The Resort, JA Lake View Hotel, Kinara is an award-winning Indian hotspot led by the renowned Michelin-starred Chef Vikas Khanna. As guests step through the grand entrance, they are greeted by an elegant hallway adorned with rich red fabric and intricate gold accents. The restaurant’s inviting dining room, filled with the enticing aromas of spices, offers an immersive sensory experience. A highlight is the open show kitchen, where diners can witness the culinary artistry firsthand. Available throughout the festival from 6.30 pm until 10.30 pm and priced at AED 280 per person, this three-course family-style set menu is the perfect opportunity to savour authentic regional dishes with a modern twist, each bursting with flavours.
