Dubai, UAE – November 2024– Dubai’s most renowned and classic Italian trattoria, Casa Mia, located at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, is celebrating its 31st anniversary with a spectacular culinary spectacle. Casa Mia’s Chef de Cuisine, Leonardo Nucera has worked with Michelin Star Chef Giuseppe Di Iorio to curate an exclusive, one-of-a-kind four-course set menu, available exclusively for three nights from 20th November until 22nd November, to mark this significant anniversary milestone.

Chef Giuseppe Di Iorio, an acclaimed culinary artist renowned for his mastery of Italian cuisine, will be bringing his exceptional talents to Casa Mia for this exclusive anniversary celebration. Having earned a Michelin star for his innovative approach to traditional Italian dishes, Chef Di Iorio is known for his deep respect for the authenticity of Italian ingredients, while elevating them with modern techniques and artistic presentation.

The anniversary menu will feature seasonal and hand-picked ingredients, with each dish meticulously crafted to deliver a memorable palate. The first course will begin with a homemade busiata pasta with prawns and toasted velvety almonds, leading into the main course for a choice of turbot fish, mugnaia- style or veal fillet with textured walnuts and cardoncelli mushrooms.

To end, a creamy ricotta and sour cherries ‘my way’. Guests will embark on a refined journey through the heart of Italy, exploring flavors that range from the freshest coastal ingredients to the rich, bold tastes of Northern Italy’s alpine regions.

This limited-time, exclusive dining experience will be available only on 20th, 21st, and 22nd November, and is priced at AED 400 per person. With seating limited to ensure an intimate and personalized atmosphere for an unforgettable opportunity to celebrate the legacy of Casa Mia crafted by one of the world’s finest chefs.
