EaseMyTrip UAE expands its Middle East presence with strategic investment in an expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia alongside two new Dubai subsidiaries.

The company has established Easy Trip Planners Limited in Saudi Arabia as a 100% foreign-owned subsidiary, officially entering this key market. In line with this, EaseMyTrip’s UAE subsidiary is set to further deepen its Middle East presence through a strategic investment in two new Dubai-based entities: Ease My Trip Tours L.L.C (EMT Tours) and Ease My Trip Holiday Homes L.L.C (EMT Holiday). EMT Tours will specialize in inbound and outbound tour operations, while EMT Holiday will focus on the vacation home rental market, expanding EaseMyTrip’s offerings and enhancing its regional diversification.
