Located in The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi and Anantara Downtown in Dubai, Punjab Grill is offering a gourmet Chicken Tikka sampler—succulent pieces of chicken tikka artistically created with red, mint, malai, and ash colours and flavours to represent the UAE flag colours.
Punjab Grill’s award-winning Executive Chef Sandeep Ail is also skillfully reinventing a timeless dessert, Milk Cake, by making the dessert flag colour-themed. The dessert will have a rose and pomegranate red, pistachio green, and dark chocolate (black) sponge with white rabri.
