During the talk, Hobeika, alongside esteemed culinary experts Samamtha Wood (FooDiva), Harue Oki (INTO ME, Aviareps), and Jonathon DeLise (FindingFoodFluency), emphasized the importance of adapting to the evolving demands of modern travelers, catering to their love of gastronomy and their passion for adventure.
