Ready, Set, Squat- Fit Summer Challenge

29May 2024- Natural Elements Spa and Fitness at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre is launching a Fit Summer Challenge in partnership with GNC and Matrix Fitness. The month-long campaign kicks off from 11 June – 21 September and will run bi-weekly with a different workout each time.

Embracing the spirit of inclusivity, the Fit Summer Challenge invites members and non-members of all levels to compete in the series of exhilarating contests, aimed at motivating people of all ages and fitness stages to get active and improve their health over the summer.

Promising an adrenaline-fueled experience, sessions will include spinning, squats, group rowing, arm wrap, and plank challenges. Participants will be tested for their endurance, strength, and determination by Natural Elements Spa and Fitness experts, as well as receive expert advice on working out, health and nutrition. 

Contestants will have the chance of winning exciting prizes and exclusive giveaways throughout the month, as well as a grand prize in the finals, including a one-year gym membership and a wellness stay.

The excitement doesn’t stop there, following the initial trials, participants will have the opportunity to undergo a transformative journey, with a 3-week Body Transformation Challenge. Kicking off on 2 September, this immersive program will empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals and unlock their full potential.
